• The X.Y axis feeds are driven by high precision C5 class preloaded double nut ball screws with tightening function, providing smooth feed, minimum backlash, and superior positioning accuracy.

• X.Y.Z-axis slideways and table surface are tempered, hardened and precision ground.

• Oil grooves are provided between X.Y.Z-axis and gibs. Meanwhile, 3 axis and gibs are coated with Turcite-B and professionally precision scraped to extend working life of the machine.

• Overarm and column are directly coupled for upgrading machine rigidity and stability greatly.

• Square slideways on Y and Z-axis offer rugged construction, solid support, maximum stability and long lasting accuracy without deformation.

• Time lubricator provides automatic lubrication to X.Y.Z-axis slideways and feed screws for each hour to ensure adequate lubrication for all parts.

• Meehanite cast iron for the column, tempered and stress relieved.
