The
Y3150E General-purpose Gear Hobbing Machine is capable
of cutting spur and helical gears, worm wheels and short spline
shafts in one-off, small-scale and a large-scale production. The
machine features reasonable construction, high rigidity, less
thermal deformation, high speed and heavy load, stable accuracy,
easy operation, simple set up and so on. The machine is equipped
with an automatic shutdown device, safety-securing mechanisms,
and an automatic lubricating system. The machine can be
furnished with imported hydraulic components or tangential hob
head on customer's request.

The model Y3180H General-purpose Gear Hobbing Machine is
applicable cut spur and helical gears, worm wheels, sprockets, adn short
spline shafts in jjobbing, small or batch production. It is characterized by
good rigidity, high working accuracy, ease in operation, and simple setup
procedure.Either conventional or climb method can be used in the machine. In
addition, the machine is equipped with an automatic shout-down-device and
safety-securing mechanisms, and an auto- matic lubricating system. Imported
hydraulic components can be used with the machine according to the customers'
requirements. Further more, tangential hob head is also available for
special order to cut worm wheels under tangential feedign mode.
The model YM3180H Precision Gear Hobbing Machine has
the same specifications and applications as that of the model Y3180H so that
the working accuracy is indcreased by one grade.
The model YB3180H Semi-automatic Gear Hobbing Machine
has the same specifications and applications as that of the general-purpose
machine, it can work in a semi-automatic working cycle. In addition, an
automatic hob sift mechanism is added to prolong the service life of hob.
The model Y3180H/1 Gear Hobbing Machine is specially
designed to handle shaft gears. It is different from the general-purpose
type by having a higher work stay while other performances remain unchanged.
Tangential hob head may be applied for special order on the model
YM3180H and YB3180H to cut worm wheels.

The
YBA3120 Semi-automatic gear hobbing machine is for cutting
fine pitch spur and helical gears, sprockets and splines. Either climb or
conventional hobbing method can be used with the machine in semi-automatic
working cycle. The working accuracy of this machine can be up to 6-6-7 grade
according to GB 10095-88 Standard. (Tested according to GB/T8064-1987
Standard). To meet customer's special requirements, tangential hob head is
available for cutting worm wheels.
The YBS3112 semi-automatic gear hobbing machine is
suitable for cutting fine-pitch spur and helical gears and involute splines.
The machine adopts double-start worm wheel as index gearings and comes
up with good rigidity and high spindle speed.
The hob head of the machine is reasonably designed with good circulating
lubrication, high working accuracy, and good suability.
The machine can work in single-square working cycle with either climb or
conventional method. PLC controller and main hydraulic components are from
reputed suppliers.
The machine is well constructed and in a nice style. According to
customer's requirements, hydraulic fixture can be designed, produced and
installed.
The accuracy of the machine can be up to 6-6-7 grade according to GB
10095-88 Standard (tested according to GB/T8064-1987 Standard)
